Missions &
Global Outreach
FBC Gordon believes the Great Commission is not optional. We are committed to carrying the gospel beyond our walls — across Texas, across borders, and to the ends of the earth — through prayer, giving, and going.
Caroline leads and coordinates FBC Gordon's missions efforts — locally, nationally, and internationally. She has a passion for connecting our church to the global work of the gospel and equipping members to participate in God's mission wherever He calls.

FBC Gordon is actively engaged in missions at home and around the world through trusted partnerships. Each relationship represents a commitment of prayer, finances, and people willing to go.
International Project is a Christian mission-sending organization focused on reaching Unreached People Groups (UPGs) — people among whom less than 2% are followers of Jesus and where no self-sustaining church yet exists. Through global migration, many UPGs now live in cities and are more accessible than ever. FBC Gordon partners with International Project to pray for, support, and send workers to these strategic fields.
61 Isaiah is a ministry serving the Lenca people of Honduras — one of the indigenous communities of Central America. Rooted in Isaiah 61, this ministry brings good news to the poor, binds up the brokenhearted, and proclaims freedom in the name of Jesus. Their work includes church planting, agricultural development through Finca del Rey, and community transformation. FBC Gordon sends teams and supports this work through prayer and partnership.
FBC Gordon has an active and ongoing mission relationship with Brazil. Our teams travel to serve local churches, share the gospel, and invest in communities in need. These trips are shaped by relationship and long-term commitment — not just one-time visits. If you feel called to go, ask Caroline about upcoming opportunities. Trip forms and agreements are available on our downloads page.
Our Cooperative Partnerships
FBC Gordon supports global missions beyond our own trips through long-standing cooperative partnerships with trusted Baptist mission organizations.
Through the Cooperative Program, FBC Gordon supports the IMB — the largest evangelical sending agency in the world, with missionaries in over 100 countries pursuing the unreached and unengaged.
imb.orgAs a member church of the Baptist General Convention of Texas, FBC Gordon partners with Texas Baptists to plant churches, support missionaries, and engage in statewide and global mission work.
texasbaptists.orgThe BGCT connects thousands of Texas Baptist churches in cooperative mission — funding church planting, global outreach, disaster relief, and ministries that no single church could accomplish alone.
